Our kilo mixes – wholesale second-hand clothing

Wholesale clothing by the kilo is a different format from lots by the piece. You buy a weight and receive a mix. No item-by-item selection – but a stated grade, known brands and a price per kilo set in advance.

What that means in practice. A kilo mix contains an assortment of branded items sorted to a defined grade. You know in advance: the quality grade, the brands included, the minimum weight per order (10 kg) and the price per kilo. You do not pick individual items – that is the principle of the kilo format. Observed density: around 20 to 30 items per 10 kg depending on the category.

Who is it for? Kilo mixes suit physical second-hand shops, resellers who want volume without prior selection, and buyers who already know how to sort and price items. If you are just starting out, lots by the piece are a better fit – you know exactly what you will receive.

The grades.

• Grade A – Excellent condition. Items with no visible defects, ready to sell as they are. Ideal for Vinted, Depop, Vestiaire Collective.
• Grade B – Good condition. Minor defects (small stain, slight fading, slightly loose seam), always stated in the description. Lower purchase price.

Our catalogue is mainly grade A and B. Only one product is offered in grade C, and this is clearly stated on its product page.

Where to buy wholesale clothing to resell?

Three main options. Here are the facts.

Local thrift stores. Possible, but time-consuming. A whole morning for 15 items, some of them unsellable. Inconsistent quality depending on arrivals. No guaranteed grade, no content known in advance. Fine for small volumes or hunting rare pieces, not for building regular stock.

Chinese platforms. Low purchase prices, but real risks: authenticity not guaranteed, long delivery times (3 to 6 weeks), quality varying from batch to batch. Vinted buyers are increasingly alert to counterfeits – a return or a report can damage your seller profile.

3 – Receive and resell on Vinted. Shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery to France in 2 to 4 days, to the EU in 3 to 7 business days. Your items arrive sorted and ready to photograph.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order? No minimum for lots by the piece: you can order a single lot. For kilo mixes, the minimum is 10 kg per order. No business account required, no subscription.

Are the clothes authentic? Yes. All our lots are authentic, sorted by hand and checked item by item. If an item does not seem compliant to you, report it within 48 hours of receipt.

Which grades do you offer? Mainly two: A (excellent condition, no visible defects) and B (good condition, minor defects stated in the description). Only one product in the catalogue is offered in grade C, and this is clearly stated on its product page. Every lot is graded on its product page.

Do you ship outside France? Yes. Delivery throughout the European Union and to Switzerland. Shipping costs vary by country and weight. Indicative delivery time: 3 to 7 business days. For large orders outside France, contact us for a quote.

Can I buy without a VAT number? Yes. Without an intra-EU VAT number, VAT is charged as normal. If you have a valid intra-EU VAT number (company established in the EU outside France), VAT may be exempted. Contact us before ordering.

What is the difference between a sorted lot and a kilo mix? Sorted lot = content known in advance: you know how many items, which brands and which grade. Kilo mix = you buy a weight with a defined grade, but not the exact content. Sorted lots suit beginners better. Kilo mixes suit experienced resellers: second-hand shops, market traders, high volumes.

How long does delivery take? Shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery to mainland France in 2 to 4 days, to the European Union in 3 to 7 business days.

What if a lot does not match its description? Send us your claim within 48 hours of receipt. Outside this framework, lots are neither taken back nor exchanged.

Tommy Hilfiger wholesale – what is available? Two formats: lots by the piece (known content, listed brands, stated grade) and the Tommy Hilfiger kilo mix at €34.90/kg at the 10 kg rate (10 kg minimum). Lots include polos, logo sweatshirts, puffer jackets and vintage pieces.

How do I choose between lots by the piece and kilo mixes? If you are starting out or want to control your stock, choose lots by the piece: known content, price per item displayed. If you run a second-hand shop or want volume, choose the kilo mix: decreasing price per kilo, stated grade, 10 kg minimum. The two formats complement each other.
